The HypoVereinsbank commissioned a usability analysis of their private customer zone, with a specific focus on the direct banking function. The company was particularly keen to ensure that the terms used were both clear and logical, and that the menu structure was clearly understandable. The final analysis report drew conclusions on the categorisation, clarity and wording of the individual levels and navigation links.
